Fab Finds: Handmade Gloves from New York

During February of this year, Daily Candy sent out a blast encouraging readers to check out Daniel Storto, glove-maker in Gloversville, NY.  Since I love gloves and items hand-made in the USA, and the fact that the gloves were only $25, I instantly ordered my pair!  And I think thousands of others did, as well!

Fast forward to November, I finally received my anxiously awaited gloves in the mail!  Apparently, there was a huge influx of orders, then there was a delay in receiving some of the materials, and then I think my order may have gotten lost in the jumble (I had to send a couple of follow-up emails).......anyways, I'm glad they're here, just in time for the cold weather.  The gloves are made from wool stretch jersey with a leather thumb and come up to my elbows.  If you like them, you can purchase the gloves (along with a couple other styles) here.
