Outfit Of The Day: My Favorite Vintage Heels

This is my favorite pair of vintage heels - the cut is exquisite, the proportions are well-balanced, and they're a fun dark red color with black retro stripes.  The sides are cut low and the toe is rounded, but not too round; the heel isn't too thick or thin, and there's a cute label on the inside.  I estimate they're from the late '40s/early '50s.  I also love vintage shoes because they were so well-made that many pairs are still wearable today!

Plus I like the history attached with the shoes, even if I don't know what it is.  Maybe the original owner danced the jitterbug in them.  Who knows?
