Outfit Of The Day: New Heels

I popped into TJ Maxx recently and found these Nine West heels on the cheap.   I really like them - usually shoes without adjustable straps around the instep are too big for me but these actually fit.  And I kinda dig the shorts with heels look from reading Chloe's blog for so long.
