Outfit Of The Day: Ruffles 'n Shorts
I guess it's clear, based on the last three outfits, that I took advantage of the LOFT sale/clearance. ;-) I've been trying to explore other clothing options than Target. I love Target, and it's across the street from where I work, so it's easy to pop over and find something cute while I'm shopping for paper towels, or toothpaste, etc, but I do like to head over the mall occasionally and check out other stores. What are some of your favorite places to shop for budget items?

I've scored some amazing sale at Banana Republic (just today I got a skirt that was originally $80 for $9), Gap is having some amazing sales right now as well. And of course Loft does too :)

So pretty--and happy to see someone else rocking the nude Rodarte lace cardigan, too! It's still one of my favorite pieces from allllll of the Go International designers.
I get weak in the knees whenever I'm in Target, but I also like hitting up Forever 21 (it takes some stealthy hunting, but good things can be found!) and like Lilly's Style, also GAP & BR when they're having their big sales. It makes it so hard to buy anything full-price there, since it'll just go on sale for super cheap within weeks! :/
We have a couple of Marshall's and TJ Maxx where I live and work. I like Nordstrom Rack as well. I pop into the Gap and Old Navy near my grocery store for a quickie clearance rack fix.
I always check out the thrift stores and Salvation Army store when I have more than an hour to look through the racks, b/c I check out the little and big boys' sections too.
I try not to think that I "need" to find a specific thing when I do my bargain shopping. I let serendipity be my guide.
