Outfit Of The Evening: Movie Night

Shoes: Talbots {here}
Sunglasses: Tom Ford "Anouk" {similar style here} {last seen in this post}
Bracelet 1: NEXT (gift from my mom)
Bracelet 2: Made by me {DIY here}
Earrings: Made by me

Cardigan is a must for chilly movie theaters.  I read The Help last year so I'm making my way to see it in theaters.  Did you read the book? Did you see the movie?

Heads up to Jean from Extra Petite for alerting me to these Talbot's heels.  I've never shopped there as I thought it was for....ladies of an older generation.  I'm pleasantly surprised with these "Chunky Heel City Sandals" and they were on sale for $37 last week.  They're a more streamlined, feminine version of my chunkier {BCBG sandals} I frequently wear.  And they're made in Brazil, my 3rd country choice for shoe manufacturing (Italy being my first and Spain being my second).

Haha the fact that you have preferences for the country your shoes are made in makes me laugh...:)
Haha! I saw The Help and it was really good!
I love your dress:)!

Talbot's is great for cute earrings, necklaces and other accessories when they go on sale, too. Speaking of sales, I usually go for their well-made petite separates -- and yes, the clothes tend to skew more mature -- but you can pair them with more fun/funky pieces you already own.

I received 'The Help' from a friend a couple of months ago, one of those "Now-a-major-motion-picture" paperbacks, haha...

Hope you have a great time a the movie!

Thanks everyone - I really enjoyed the movie!

MR - They're huge electricity towers by a hydroelectric dam (it's right down the street from where I live so it's a convenient drive).

I see we have many things in common! 1. I love Jean from Extra Petite! 2. I used to think Talbots was for another generation. 3. I dream of an entire shoe closet with footwear from Italy and Spain! Love these outfits and the cardigan is beautiful, and who knew Talbots had high heeled shoes, I was always under the impression we were dealing 3" max! I am definitely following and look forward to reading your next post :)
