I had a busy weekend with student performances Friday and Saturday and a dance photo shoot on Sunday. This year was our first year to perform ballet and wear real tutus, so I stood in the wings and snapped some pics of my ballerinas. Don't they look lovely? I made their hairpieces!

I had no idea you taught dance...I used to be a professional ballet dancer and still have such a passion for it! Loved my first tutu (although we weren't allowed to wear them until we were en pointe).

LOVE the back of your dress, it is so amazingly elegant and perfect for the ballet. You look stunning!

This is amazing! I always wanted to be a ballet dancer as a kid and took lessons but not long after my feet hurt so my Mom said it was time to find another hobby...I took up Piano. Like every Asian. The hair pieces look gorgeous and the home decor company my Mom works for has a lady who used to sew the ballerina costumes for the Russian ballet team.
