A Spooktacular Weekend

Happy Monday, friends! I wanted to share a few pictures from this weekend's spooky performance. We (SIDEWAYS Contemporary Dance Company) partnered with the Foster-Schmidt Academy for Down Syndrome to produce a Halloween-theme dance show. It was a lot of fun. The first costumes were constructed as a joint effort between me and another person and I made the headpieces from decorative spiders. We were creepy Vegas showgirls. Thanks so much for visiting today!

Oh my, I love your outfit, you all look so lovely! (I'm going to have to ask, did you keep the spiders on while dancing? I'd be worried about them flying right off!) This looks like it was just a ton of fun! :)

Katie - haha, yes we did. I had 12 bobby pins in mine. They were attached to headbands and also had clips on them.
