REVOLT: Week 4

This has been an interesting week. I got in all my workouts, but lost my appetite towards the end of the week and haven't eaten all my meals the past two days. I've been enjoying the Revolt workouts more and I increased the level for one of the days. I love several of the recipes in this week's diet plan and I'm excited to share one of them with you! David and I frequent this small South American style fruit shop in Atlanta on occasion and one of our favorite things to get is called a Limonatta, which is a mixture of mango, cantaloupe, pineapple, watermelon, papaya, coconut, and cucumber topped with fresh lime juice and a spicy powder. This recipe reminded me a lot of our favorite treat - the cayenne pepper is my favorite part!

Mango Coconut Cleansing Smoothie
1 serving

1 cup of chopped mango (frozen or fresh)
1 cup of unsweetened coconut water
1 tbsp milled flax seed
1 - 2 tbsp of lime juice (I used a whole lime)
Pinch of cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Cheers!

yum! looks good! you're losing so much! very successful diet :) definitely don't think you need to lose much more.
