REVOLT: Week 6


Hi friends - I'm here with my Revolt check-in today. I'm starting to integrate the program back into my life since the past couple of weeks I've been disorganized and in and out of town. Even though I haven't eaten specifically on the meal plan this week, I've tried to incorporate the principles in my meal times (making breakfast, small snacks, small amount of meat, lots of salad [never mind the burger and fries I ate last week]). And I haven't had a chance to do the workouts, but I haven't sat around either. I had several hours of dance rehearsal this week so that's better than nothing, right? After last week, David stopped eating junk again and incorporated the meal time principles, as well. Now, we just have to get back to the workouts!

Your progress is so amazing, even with all of the commitments that take away from your ability to do the program 100%. Way to go!
