REVOLT: Week 7

Hi friends! This week's Revolt program has been more on track - I did several of the workouts and have been sticking to the meal plan principles as much as possible. Since I haven't been pushing myself as hard as I did in the first three weeks, I've noticed a plateau in my results, however, I'm happy with these current results. I like my current weight and body fat percentage (my clothes fit better, as well), but ultimately, I'd like to drop about 2-3% more body fat. I'm not in any hurry and I think it's better for me to work at my own pace right now. What I've liked is that some of my carby cravings (hello chips and salsa!) have dwindled and I love eating the meal plan food (like I mentioned before, a little bit of meat and lots of veggies). we go with this week's results (click here to learn more about Revolt):

Can you even call that steak? It's smaller than a half dollar! LOL

It was tall, though....1 to 1.5 inch thick!
