REVOLT: Week 9


Hello friends! Upfront, I had full intentions to do all my Revolt workouts this week. I started out great, got both in on Monday and Tuesday, in addition to heading to the theater every night for dance tech. But after Wednesday's rest, I got busy, lost sleep, gained anxiety (more on that later), and was tired from all the activity I was doing in preparation for the dance performance this past weekend. Needless to say, I didn't do the rest of my workouts for the week, boo. But I am still eating healthy and maintaining a good weight.
