Greetings again! I'm excited to share this pink dress with you because I debated it for about six months. When I first discovered Ms. Vick's clothing at Midway Treasures, I thought this dress was cute but costume-y (the pink gingham underskirt hem was originally six inches longer), like it should be on the set of Oklahoma! I passed in December. When I returned in April, it was still there and I thought it was just as cute, but still too costume-y. Since April, I thought about it several times and decided I wanted it. Upon returning last week, the dress was still in the shop and only $15 (yay for me!) and my friend Carrie suggested hemming the pink underskirt so it was shorter than the sheer overskirt. That sold me and I think took away some of the apron-like costume-y effect of the dress. I'm so glad I kept it in my thoughts and that it was still available.

Another fun item I purchased recently was this black patent clutch for only $2 at a thrift store near my house - two dollars, wow! And I love the striped interior so much I had David take a picture. Thank you so much for stopping by today - I really appreciate it!
