House To Home: Photo Art

Greetings, friends! I've been wanting to show you these framed photographs I took, and I just now put them on the wall. The photos are of a few of my students backstage during the ballet I staged and they performed this past spring (the prologue from The Sleeping Beauty). I changed them to black and white in Photoshop, printed through Shutterfly, and originally framed them in large 20x27 Ikea Ribba frames, but due to a snafu with my framer (he cut smaller mats for me), we had to scrap those frames and he built me new ones that look similar. My neighbor had the idea to hang them in this location to draw the eye upward to my 10 foot vaulted ceiling. I love the way it turned out, though I am questioning if they're a smidge too high. I'd love to give a more zoomed-out view, but there is way too much clutter sitting around right now....in time. :-)
I also printed these photos as 8x10 to hang at the dance studio and they're in smaller Ikea Ribba frames.
Thanks for stopping by and have a wonderful day!
